1. Order Processing & Shipping
- All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code for real-time shipment updates.
- Shipping costs will depend on the order size and any promotional offers provided by MVRA Exports.
- International shipping is available, but all shipping charges must be paid by the buyer, applicable at a fixed order size.
- We dispatch orders within 30 minutes to 12 hours after the order is placed. If you enter an incorrect address, please contact our team immediately to rectify it before dispatch.
2. Shipping Delays & Delivery Issues
- Shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, logistics disruptions, or mishaps beyond our control. We are not liable for such delays.
- If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the package may be returned to us.
- Customers will be charged for re-delivery, even if free shipping was initially offered. No cancellations or full refunds; if refunded, only 70% of MRP will be returned.
3. Refund & Return Policy
- No refund policy applies if the product is shipped to the correct address and is received in the expected condition.
- Refunds will be considered only in case of product damage during transit.
- To claim a refund for a damaged product, you must submit clear video and image proof within 12 hours of delivery to our support team.
- Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable in any refund case.

- Recover costs associated with the dispute.

6. Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. In the event of stock shortages or unforeseen delays, MVRA Exports reserves the right to modify, delay, or cancel orders.
